Continuing the legacy that was started by this crime lord (or I can say druglord) over a span of 20 years of the previous generation, his men performed really well. His group called as the Medellin had almost 10 men at its peak time, each of them were one of their kind. Every person had a special talent including George Jung who was an inspiration to most of the others in the group had a niche for smuggling, hell a lot of drugs without being traced at all.
Anyways Pablo Escobar and Carolina Moreno started the drug business in the early stages of their life even during shcooling, I doubt if they were regular to school!! Staying in the South America is a great advantage to these people I'd say. Selling the stolen cars and other petty rackets were their piece of cake. Ultimately, they both grew up to be bigshots in their locality, who try to act as a moderator settling petty issues, cases and crimes. Although most of the troubles are caused by them, they have enough men to take the charges. They eventually moved into the cocaine business with the entire support that they have got, and thus began the building of the world's greatest drug empire during the 1970s, known as the Medellín Cartel.

The man who was a part of the Medellín Cartel, not just a part, but the most vital one, for he was the head of this rich organization of drug dealers, mostly involved in tobacco and marijuana trade during the 1970s to 1990s.
Man, I was blown away when I first saw his portrayal in the movie Blow, by Cliff Curtis. He showed pure anguish that any drug overlord in Colombia would show to anyone who meddle with their internal affairs. I can say he's the most powerful drug lord in the world (being 7th richest person on earth at his peak) for his brutality and unceasing ruthlessness to kill people who crossed his path. If you want a clear citation, he killed 30 judges, 457 policemen, and numerous other killings @ 20 each day for two months. This will count to about 4000 people in all. I am sure he's sucking watchman's dick in the hell.

I had to recollect my memories of the past when I wrote about the renowned Pablo Escobar, the drug mafia who made the USA what it is now. He made the word cocaine and weed so popular in US that almost everyone use it in day-to-day lifestyle. In the movie Blow which featured him and his team of gangsters, the main character is of course not him. The hero of the movie is obviously the one who made the entire gang world renowned and particularly in the United States.
He is none other than George Jung, the man who is also known as Boston George, who after committing crimes in succession is currently suffering his life sentence in prison. He will not be released until 2015 for charges of smuggling various varieties of drugs from Mexico, Colombia to USA, and within USA, from the West Coast to his Boston place of living.
After watching the movie, I was so moved by the character's performance by the star actor "Johnny Depp" whom I just love watching his moves in the screen. He rightly had been the lord of drugs who got it into the US mainstream drug market and satisfied numerous people who still feel he is the god.
End of the Escobar Rule
What I mean by these posts is that cocaine not only kills the person who uses it, but also the one who sells it (or even manufacture it or traffic it.. as in this case). Killing of heroes in Latin America is common practice, because most of the people doesn't call them heroes or kings but just mafia or terrorists.
After the death of Pablo, everything was lost. The world renowned drug organization known as Medellín Cartel is now fragmented and the entire cocaine market was controlled by rival Cali Cartel, till the members of this group were killed too a few years later !!!
I will talk in detail about Cali Cartel in detail after sometime, because I want to concentrate on the harmful effects of Alcohol this time.

But this one man called Carlos Lehder was initially the associate of George Jung and introduced him into the business. He later on went to become a serious crime boss, almost overtaking Pablo himself with his cunning mind and knack for stealing from Medellin friends and backstabbing them. He was the vital part of the group, although Escobar continued to skim forward his prowess and was elected as deputy/alternate representative to the Chamber of Congress.
Escobar's drug deals gained even more popularity with George Jung who introduced the wide American market which crave for coke, marijuana and other drugs during the 1980s. El Cartel de Medellín, the local name for the Cartel had the hand for almost 80% of the drugs that had entered the United States, Mexico, apart from other nearby nations from the Columbian fields. He apart from being just a ruthless killer, became an expert in testing the purity of the goods which made him sustain soooo long in the field. Escobar's product reached many other nations, mostly around the Americas, although it is said that his network reached as far as Asia.
